This incident caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals are now in custody in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the location. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were alerted at about 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not considered an act of terror - resulted in train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
